We have prepared some diet lists that incorporate Juicos but of course feel free to change it up according to your own daily routine. Green Energy Diet List

Most of us do not consume enough greens in our daily lives. Sometimes we do not even drink enough water. You can see below a list we have prepared that will give you some guidance if you would like to eat/drink more green veggies. 😊 Please don’t forget that you do not have to stick to this program completely, it is merely a guidance for you to follow. You can switch certain vegetables with whatever you have at home or play with portions.

• Spinach omelette with 1 egg
• Finely chopped green veggies such as arugula, parsley, dill, romaine.
• Half avocado
• 5-6 green olives
• 2 small slices of whole wheat bread
• Green tea

Snack:
• Juico Green - Apple, Spinach, Lemon, Kale / Kara Lahana, Romaine, Parsley, Cucumber, Ginger, Chard

Lunch:
• Juico Lentil Salad & Ayran

Snack:
• 2 balls of Juico Matcha Powerballs

Cleansing Diet List

Going lactose free, gluten free, sugar free for a while will help cleanse the body and make you feel much better. Of course you do not have to eat this way forever but please observe the positive changes in your body after eating like this for a few weeks.

Protein Heavy Diet List

First of all, we need to say that when it comes to protein the more is not always better. If you are not working out hard or have a special condition that requires you to take more protein, there is no need for you to consume extra protein. Have a look below for protein heavy yet healthy diet list. 26% of the calories of this list comes from protein. 😊
